hello folks, it seem that i got a serious problem with my zbrush 4r3 licence.
yesterday, it was all fine when i open my software, today, when i open it, it showed up an activation window. i was all surprised and was wondering how it did happen…
i will edit the post after i reboot my computer and see if it didn’t changed. otherwise, there a serious problem.
edit : ok, it seem that it didn’t solved at all… so, it mean one thing : we got a problem !
Doesn’t it just mean your PC as screwed up your licensing and ou report a ticket and pixollogic will fix it?
You should be able to simply do Web Activation again. When you do that, after filling in the form you should receive a message that “ZBrush has already been activated on this machine”. Clicking the button to “Request a copy of the activation key” will generate a new activation code without counting the computer as another activation against your serial number.
If ZBrush accepts the activation code and immediately asks for activation again, try removing your CustomUserInterface4R2.cfg file from the ZStartup folder. Then do Web Activation again.
If you continue to have trouble, you’ll need to submit the Support ticket.
ok aurick, it seem fixed, i did reported it to ticket support, i will see if it will redo again like today. we will see it tomorrow and how it will happen.
and no gordon, my computer were not screwed, simply i found it very strange it did happen.

well, it seem the problem is now fixed as aurick suggested to do, i just have to reactivate my zbrush 4r3.
