I can’t get clean edge loops when using the Zremesher. The image below shows, that the loops are kinda spiral, like a snail. But I need clean edge-loops across the entire mesh.
How to achieve that?
Is there a video tutorial?
Thx a bunch

Use polygroups. Make them so the border btween groups defines the loop you want. Then ZRemesh with Keep Groups.
Lots of ways to make polygroups usch as masking + Ctrl-W, slice circle etc.
Search Michael Pavlovich YT. Here’s one that shows some techniques using masking and smoothing polygroups to get clean polygroup borders. Intro to ZBrush 045 - Use ZRemesher to auto retopologize your meshes for nice, even geometry!! (youtube.com)
Oh, and this popped up in my feed jsut now. Another way to get poygroups for ZRemeshing retopo Cleaner Topology with Poly Group It - Zbrush 2021 (youtube.com)
