ZBrushCentral

ZClassroom

I need some help using the ZClassroom, every time I follow the link to it, it asks me to log in (by following a link to a log in page), I log in, and it sends me back to the area that asks me to log in (by following a link to a log in page).

(I AM using the correct username and password, because I tried entering an invalid password and its reaction was different.)

any help is appreciated!

Perhaps it’s a problem with how it’s storing cookies. Maybe try lowering your security settings while using Zclassroom? I can’t think of any other possibility really.

I usually have no problem with cookies though…

Cookies are the most likely reason for this. I am, however, forwarding the matter to our IT team to take a look at.

I’ve just received confirmation that cookies have to be the reason. The ZClassroom is through a different site/URL than ZBrushCentral is. That means that it has separate cookies. It’s possible that you have anti-cookie software and have set an exception for www.zbrushcentral.com but not for www.pixologic.com

I tried totally turning off my computer’s internet security, but it’s still not working…

Cookie blockers are not necessarily part of your internet security suite. Also, some suites that do have such blockers will only disable the antivirus and firewall, but leave cookie blocking on.

If your suite has a cookie blocker, it also has documentation for how to add a site to allow cookies. But as I said, the blocker may not even be part of your suite. For example, Google has a search bar for IE that also has a cookie blocker. It has its own method to allow cookies for a site, and has nothing to do with your internet security apps.

The first thing you need to do is identify what you have installed that blocks cookies. After that, you need to read its documentation to be able to enable cookies for www.pixologic.com.
