Zbrush with Gaomon Tablet

So I need help with setting up my gaomon tablet. so, I can sculpt really good on it but I don’t know what to do and how to make it happen like for example, I can’t figure out how to use the pressure of the pen and apply it to the intensity of said brush.

So, can you guys give me and suggestions on how to make my tablet efficient when using zbrush?

Hello @Viripotence,

ZBrush’s tablet support is through the Wintab API. If the tablet drivers support that API (not all of them do), there isn’t much you need to do to get it to work. It should work automatically. Please ensure you meet the system requirements for ZBrush:

Make sure the “tip feel” is set to a firm enough setting in your tablet configuration utility that you can tell if pressure sensitivity is working. If the tablet defaults to too “soft” a setting, you may not be able to tell if its working. Soft tip settings compress the sensitivity range so even a minor change in pressure may abruptly transition to the maximum size/pressure. Firmer settings expand this range and make it easier to see gradual increases/decreases in pressure effects.

The only things that need to be active in the program for this to work is for Use Tablet to be enabled in Preferences> Tablet. Obviously if you have altered the default settings there this will affect the performance of the tablet.

The following article contains some tips for getting pressure sensitivity working with unsupported devices/scenarios. It may be that you will need to switch to one of the alternate API settings in preferences> Tablet> Tablet Driver API.
