ZBrush license, node locked vs floating?

At the studio where I work, the artists are pushing to get Zbrush added to the arsenal. However, the engineering dept and money people are very hesitant to purchase software that is node locked to a specific machine. A while back someone responded to a similar post with this reply…

[color=lightblue]The license is locked to the computer that ZBrush is installed on. However, we permit ZBrush to be installed on two machines simultaneously provided that both copies are not actually in use at the same time. Therefore, you can have one copy on your PC and one on your laptop.

Is this still the case? In the event we ever need to move a license to a new machine for some unforeseen reason, what would be the process? Also, is ZB3 expected to allow the same two machine installation per license?

Thanks,
Mitch
