hi my fellow zbrushers!!!
whats the best workstation (pc) for using zbrush and maya, or any other pc for 3d modelling and animation?
ive attached to this thread my pc specs.
i want sumthin that will not slow down (like mine does)
for instance, when i use photoshop especially the smudge tool i sweep the smudge across the screen and worse than watching a tortoise trying to race a cheetah!!!
guyz i need a pc that works like a dream. (in other words a monster!)
ive been looking at boxx and they look like monsters in sheeps clothing! they are gorgeous! if i wasnt married id marry one! **** it, i’ll ave an affair with one!!!
but i want your input in which are the best workstations to use.
and this is the best place to look!

what’s the problem? your windows rating looks good… better than mine and i’ve got no slowdowns at all… hmmm?
what’s the image size (px x px) of your photoshop image you tried the smudgetool on? i mean, an image with 8000px x 6000px and a 2500px smudgetool will take some time… 
i wonder if a boxx system will be any faster…
and…
check lenovo’s brand new line of workstations, too! the D20 looks awesome and price is pretty fair compared to a boxx… support is good, too.
