Uniform Scale

I have a stump. I want to add some bark stuck to the side. I made several unmasked areas around the edges and planned on just using transpose to extrude out the chunks to get my bark. Problem is that I don’t know how to scale everything out uniformly. I can only do it in one direction at a time with transpose.

Any ideas about how I should go about doing this?

Oh man, I figured it out. You just use the scale mode and click in the center circle of the transpose manipulator. Is there any way to center the transpose manipulator to the current mesh?

Edit,

Actually on second glace it doesn’t look like its scaling uniformly. In All axis, ontop of that I really would like to only unformilly scale in two axis (a single plane).

Is this doable?

Struggling with similar thing atm. Transpose is wonderful time to time but damn this is annoying.

In Geometry is Size. There’s also a slider in the Deformation palette. I have stuff in the open in my UI. Feel free to check it out.

Thank you soooo much DOUG_JONES for that tip on using the size slider in the deformation palette. You just saved my day and you are awesome.
