I thought i’d try to update my last brad pitt model
since i got a little lazy with it
I tried to up the perspective a little as some previous renders
looked somewhat orthographic.
Modeling and Rendering in Blender 2.83.
Textures made in zbrush and Photoshop.
Sculpting in Zbrush.

Hey, this is really a great work, also the likeness looks simply fantastic. How long it took you to make, and maybe is the SSS a bit to strong? Also the skin color looks very realistic in my opinion, how did you make the skin-shader in Blender?
Maybe it’s the sss too strong but the first two renders are somewhat reddish overall.
The skin shader is just a principled shader with a texture,specular and normal map
I mean the result is really great, so only a bit to improve and it looks like a photo! Love it ant keep it you, I really want also to learn to make realistic characters in Blender but for now I’m still trying with Maya.
Maya is still the best way…
But i use blender from time to time
