Great Work!!

Beautiful work! :+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:

Hi geo, great to see traditional work here. Man, your amazing with the clay! Can’t wait to see how you roll with ZBrush- But, keep making the clay sculpts as well. You know, I had an officer in the military tell me, right before I was getting out to do comic book coloring on a computer, “It’s nice to know you will be doing art on a computer but, never lose that HUMAN TOUCH”. I have never forgotten those words, hence why I still do alot of my art by hand with sculptey, or draw on paper, and paint on actual canvas with acrylic or oil paint. Best, Dragon.

selwy: Thank you so much! I’m a huge fan of your work! I already spent much time studying on your work, and it helped me a lot!! so I need to thank you! Long time I don’t see your new work, I’m really curious to see it!!

zber2: Thank you so much man!

Dragon: Thank you so much!! I totally agree with you, traditional art is the base for everything on digital art…

Thank you guys!!

Hi guys, I’m posting more sculptures. The archer was the first figure sculpture I made, back 2010, and the woman I did last year… Also I’m working on the marble version of this model… I hope you like it! soon I’ll post more!

yes, i like  and, as having carving experience myself, i do look forwar to see these pieces come alive in marble

Honestly, these are some of the strongest pieces I’ve seen here. It’s great to see such sculpting talent without the advantages digital methods give you. Superb!

Nice sculpting! I particularly like the Geoffrey Rush sculpt. :+1:

Really cool stuff man. What type of clay do you start each of these with?

Very nice traditional sculpts! Love the female portrait! :+1:

They are amazing. Great job!

Thank you so much guys!! I’m really glad that you liked!!

polaroid29: I use oil based clay in almost piece I do, but I use water based clay too!

Hi guys, this is some work from last year. Actually the stone head I finished this year, but is an old project. Hope you like it!

Great sculpting! Thanks for sharing :+1:

That is awesome, very expressive head! :+1:

Man, such natural talent. Just amazing!! Where did you study, or does it run in the family… what’s your background? Also, you 'DON"T LOOK THAT OLD" (I could be wrong-:D), if your still in your twenties, you have an amazing career ahead of you-:+1: (and even if your not, you still have an amazing career ahead of you… just best to start as soon as possible).

Very nice

Etcher, Santis, Dragon, nicksc: Thank you so much guys! I’m really happy that you are liking my work!!

Dragon:

Thank you so much man! I came from a artistic mother… my mother used to paint and draw, and I grew up watching her and drawing during my childhood and teenage, and then I decided to take it serious, doing art for my life. Now I study with a brazilian sculptor, Cicero D’Avila, an awesome sculptor! I’m planing to study and work in italy in near future… And about my age, I’m 21 years old, but I already feel I’m old, I wish I have started sculpture when I was a child…

Hi guys, I’m posting the plaster version of the little angel… still need some retouchs. I hope you like it!
