Tips for modeling in teeth?

So on my “Finally something!!!”
thread i started on a Sheal project and the head didn’t include teeth cause i wanted to focus what little skill i had. Now i taught myself multimarkers today and tried to model the teeth and set them into the sockets like a dencher, but it’s so tough as the teeth don’t fit well into the gums and i have to keep going back and remold the teeth since i can’t make too many changes to them with the gyro and edit mode before making them a polymesh.
Then i got to thinking “hey! Zbrush is all about E-Z modeling! So lets ask the Zbrush community for tips on how they put in teeth (or horns) into their sockets.” Or could maybe point me to a few tuts. =D

Starting questions time! (incase you dunno where to start)
1 Do you model horns into the mesh originally or do you insert them into their sockets later?

2 When you insert them, do you use projectionmaster or use the multimarker?

3 If you insert them, and use the multimarker, do you try to fit a group of teeth at once, or a tooth at a time? (if so how do you keep it asymetrical?!?)

4 whats you method? O.o

Thanks ahead of time!

One way to make teeth is to hold down ctrl to paint a mask on the model, at the location of the teeth then invert the mask and use the move tool to drag up the teeth. Just watch the video where they create a fish, you can find it at the zbrush homepage.
