The OBJ I export is made of separated objects.

I’m on ZBrush 4R6, I made a noobie human model in a single Subtool, then I export it as an “.OBJ” , but when I import it into Maya it opens the model but made from separated objects, WHY IS IT?, at first I was like “Meh, no problem I will just combine it”, so I did the following:
1.- Mesh > Combine
2.- Duplicate the object made from that
3.- Delete the originals along with the groups generated (this allows to keep the combined object without the groups)

So I tought I had fixed it, until I rigged it, I noticed the object was still separated, no matter it was a single object, I looked at the “Paint Skin Weights Tool” but everything was alright, the problem is the object.

So what is the right way to export an .OBJ from ZBrush and correctly import it into Maya as a single object?
I repeat, the model in ZBrush is made in a single Subtool.

I would appreciate any help or ideas!
Thanks in advance.

PS:
I already read the post of “How to Post Images”, but it doesn’t work for me, I might be doing something wrong, so I will use Gyazo as always, please take a look at them!

1.- Multiple Objects in a single model:

4.- Mesh after the joint shoulder moved: (Ignore the rib, I didn’t fix because I noticed the separation problem)

They are likely polygroups. You can turn the subtool into a single polygroup before exporting it, or turn off Tool: Export: Grp

It was a single polygroup and still did that, but a friend of mine told me to export it as .ma besides .obj and it worked  thanks anyways Cryrid!
