The Kurgan
If you don’t remember or you are too young (so you didn’t see the movie), the kurgan is the “bad guy” of “HIGHLANDER”, the movie about the inmortals that are forced to fight. The only way to kill an inmortal is cut out his head from his shoulders. The last inmortal alive win The Prize.
…so, here is my base mesh, the original actor is Clancy Brown, but he wears false eyebrows and special make up for this role.
btw, this is for the Hardcore Modelling Challenge: Movie Icon at CGTalk.

I hope to do the character very accurate, maybe face resemblance is the hardest part.

looking good, are you working from refference…?
I’m using the movie, but I find it quite hard, because in every frame he looks so different… when I think I’m getting closer I change to another scene and he looks completely different.
Are the lumps near his eyes on the side of his head, are they some sort of scars?
There is no explanation for that in the movie (not like the scarf in the neck).
In the movie it looks like a bunch of marbles beneath the skin.
