I was wonderibg how does pixolator achieved those easy and nice swirl effects on his time for art videos?

Not sure its that simple, I think he mentioned he had made some adjustments to the brush?
He changed the picker orientation maybe? Which video is this?

Yes, he changed depth from Continuous Z to Once Z in the Picker pallette, but that isn’t necessary to get the swirl effect.
