Created this piece for the Cgtantra Modeling/Sculpting challenge. Had wanted to do a Starcraft piece ever since the game released so this became the perfect excuse to work on one.

also used Headus UV layout and 3d Coat (retopo)
Photoshop for the composite and post-processing. Took about a month, worked in part time here and there.
