Spiked Rask Golem

Hey guys, I ran a live creature workshop in ZBrush a couple of weeks ago and here is the result of the 5 intensive days of pure ZBrush!!!

I had a blast going through my workflow and sharing the different stages with other keen artists. Below is a ‘snapshot’ of what we did each day on the workshop:

We basically started from nothing… literally not even knowing what to do (other than it was going to be some kind of creature). The 2D sketching and ideation process was done partly in Krita, Photoshop and a Procreate on the iPad pro. The rest is pure ZBrush from the blocking to the material, lighting and rendering (BPR).
