I have done several tests with ZB 4R2 on my netbook Asus 1201N 4gb ram (yes you can :D).
This last one is based on the “insert-mesh” of the woman tweaked with “dynamesh”.
I’ve been using the Maxcense Fleuret’s skin matcap in Double shade with the David Jogoo’s Dj Zsketch sun up matcap from Pixologic downloadcenter.
Render done with BPR and composition on photoshop=
BPR-AO= Multiply-Opacity 57%
BPR-Shadow= Multiply-Opacity 36%
BPR-Render= Color Dodge-Opacity 75% + BPR-Mask
Zbrush Document + BPR-Mask
