Hi! Not sure why the head is showing in the main window but not under the tools, it just vanished and can’t seem to select it ! would appreciate any help

What has probably happened here, is that the head mesh has been dropped to the canvas as Pixols. You can clear the canvas by pressing Ctrl +N. I can actually see the head tool in your tool list above the active Polymesh 3d_1 star tool. Select it to return to working on the head as a 3d mesh.
Please read the following section on Edit Mode to explain why this happens. I would also recommend reading the entire “Getting Started” section of the documentation.
