This is great!! Love all of the small details and thought you put into this. Looks like you had some fun!
Bad idea to chaet with an orc! 
If i can point out a pair of imperfections, i think the tattoo on the orc’s shoulder looks quite low quality in comparison with everything else in the scene.
Also, the glass is too clean, i would dirt it up a bit.

The tatoo is not, it’s a scarification !! Perhaps need more details …

maybe a little less bump on the scar? i’ve seen keloidal scars but not too elevated.
just a thought… who’s to say the orc wasn’t about to cheat? 
The cheater has some real thick cards laid down.
I m not very happy with the scarification for the moment, the bump is high , but the color is not so good too. The scarification is nice when it s just have done !
The cheater is never the bigger !

i think having such modern poker chips really distracts from the piece. i think it should be something more along the lines of small gold pieces or something. i find it hard to believe that mass produced plastic poker chips exists in the same world that they are still using candles and lamps in.
