Here is a first attempt to create a complete open source 3D atlas of anatomy:

It is made first in Blender and has been converted into an app in Unity.
I would like to invite the people willing to push it further to join our efforts to give it:
-more anatomical accuracy
-a better visual definition (textures, maps)
There is no money involved.
