I am big fan of Blizzard art and I decided to sculpt something fast like this Night Elf head .

I did not touch ears yet . I will remake the nose and make it more realistic than it is on the concept image . The brow and eye areas will be edited too .
Update 
This is something between cartoon and realistic human head . I tried to exaggerate some of the main face muscles .
I still want to add some more facial features like muscles and wrinkles but not too much
