I have two small crits -
I think the bottom half of the legs look a bit too skinny
The ‘Spallding’ logo on the ball is backwards.

Really nice work…I may be a bit biased being from Chicago and all. I know from trying to illustrate the guy in 2D that he’s a suprisingly difficult likeness to capture (for me anyways.)
Not sure Mike would sign his own jersey and then wear it while playing though. Would love to see the whole model in another angle. Nice job!
