Maya Rendering Problem - Wrong Image Dimensions

I dunno if i messed up some setting, but for some reason when I render an image, the dimensions of it aren’t what Ive set them at in the render settings. Heres a pic of my problem…

Anybody know whats going on? I dont know if its a coincidence, but the problem seemed to occur after I turned on the resolution gate in my perspective view.

mental ray has its own flags for output resolution. normally it is set to derive from maya. that would be the first place to look. its under the mental ray tab in render globals

Ahh, I see what I did… I must have changed the test resolution to 125% settings by accident. Thanks for the tip.
