Masking by color?

Is there a way to mask by color in zbrush? working on a scene with lots of blue rivers and dont want to manually do the masking.

I have tried mask by hue but it just masks the whole thing.

I was just now having the same problem. Here’s what I did (this is assuming the colors have different intensity):
1:Select the color you want to be masked in the “Color Picker”. Make sure the same color is selected in both the “Main” and “Secondary” Color.
2:Instead of picking “Mask by Hue” I picked “Mask by Intensity”

Note: I did this with poly paint, not a texture, so I’m not sure it will work the same. Here’s hoping it does :slight_smile:

Did that help? It still doesn’t do exactly the way I want it to, but it helps a little bit.

But yeah, as far as I’m concerned, masking by Hue is broken.
