Really good job in the overall face shape, but the problem come from the eyes, Bruce Willis have very small eyes.

Great work on the clothes. The likeness to Bruce in the face isn’t quite there yet, but it’s good work none the less.
Two notes. Look at the shape of his head in the two isometric views. It looks like there needs to be more definition in his jaw and cheeks and his temple area does have a weird shape. In addition you should have a look at his pelvis. It seems unnaturally small (they guy needs some butt in other words :).
Love the texturing, great work on skin and clothing. His badge could use some more material definition.
