Had the absolute dream opportunity to team up with the one and only Tony Fucile to help create Jacob Holland for Netflix Animation’s The Sea Beast. Tony is an absolute genius with his character designs and it’s surreal to have had this opportunity. I was responsible for the 3D Design model and various aspects of visual development that helped us realize him. The amazing team at Sony Animation brought him to life in the most spectacular way for the production. A true dream come true to had been a part of this wonderful project and team. Special thanks to Director Chris Williams and Producer Jed Schlanger for bringing me aboard and for entrusting in me such an amazing task.

So cool @charles_ellison Those face expressions are spot on, fits Jacob Holland character really well :fist:. Only watch the couple trailers and it looks like an amazing show, can’t wait to finally see it on Netflix :slight_smile: Thanks for sharing!

Awesome work both you guys ! May I ask- what exactly do you mean by "Design Model " ?
Is that a step further in the concepting phase ? I noticed that the final character in the trailer ( I did not see the full show yet ) has “real” hair but a less realistic skin texture.
