i will be making 3D models of every character that has ever been created by Pixar. I intend to complete making all the characters over the next year.

This is a great and exciting challenge you’ve set yourself.
But, I’m not sure I get the ‘kickstarter’ aspect of it. It seems to me that you are planning to raise $30K (for you) for stuff which is licensed to Pixar. Not sure if I’m missing something.
As I said that, a big challenge youve set yourself.
You could run into legal and licensing issues with Pixar, especially if you’re making money off their property. Might want to look into that before you spend all that time and money in the project.
You play in dangerous field without right for the licensing !
