i have not been able to contact pixologic support, and i am very desperate, need help

zbrush has been crashing a lot lately, i was working normally then zbrush crashed and after that i have not been able to even open the aplication again, tried reinstalling and that does not work, i have not found information about this bug, the contact page does not work and i dont know what to do anymore, here is a video showing my problem, any information about how to fix this is apreciated!

Without knowing what you are doing at the time of the crash it’s very difficult to figure out where the issue might be.

However, when you re-installed ZBrush you probably didn’t do a full re-install. After uninstalling there are a lot of files left over. If any of those files are causing the issue then they’ll still be there after you install again. Here’s what you should do:

  1. Uninstall ZBrush like normal.
  2. Delete its folder. (Or at least rename it.)
  3. Delete the C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\ZBrushData folder.
  4. Install again.

If this does not resolve the issue then the problem is not with ZBrush itself and is something else on your system that is affecting ZBrush. It could be a virus, lack of space on the C drive, too much fragmentation on the C drive, another recently installed program that is conflicting with ZBrush, or even the beginnings of a hardware failure such as a RAM module.

okay, i did a clean install following these steps and did not work, then i turn off all the startup services and aplications to perform a clean boot and zbrush opened, now i will have to search what service is causing conflict, thanks a lot!
