How can I close the holes in my mesh? I tried dynamesh and “close holes” but it doesn’t do much?

If this is the result of a Dynamesh, the most likely cause is that your geometry is overly thin or 2d in that area. Dynamesh requires a closed volume with some degree of thickness to work.
Close Holes won’t do much to correct a mesh in this state, and may even make your problem worse. This will keep happening when you Dynamesh until you address the issue with your mesh. Your only real options here are to either cut away or remove the problem area, flatten it to the mesh prior to dynameshing to clean it up, or revert the mesh to a pre-Dynamesh state, and correct the thickness issue prior to Dynameshing.
