I have problem with the new version and i need to work, is someone knowing how i get get the previous one? I couldn’t find it on pixologic.

Hey Veri! I ran into this problem this morning after upgrading as well and did a full reinstall. To get the download of the latest version:
log in to your Pixologic account
https://pixologic.com/my-licenses/login.php
Scroll down and you will see your active licenses and download link for the latest version of ZB.
I also made sure I went ahead and deactivated my license on my machines that still had installs.
Uninstalled ZB, making sure that I kept all my preferences and startup settings (Thank you Pixologic for writing a proper uinstall package)
Reinstall, activate, worked like a charm.

i have done everything unfortunately i have exactly the same problem after.

I got some help:
Hi there, the Pixologic team is aware of that issue, it only happen for win7/8 users.
you can for now uninstall 2021.6 and reinstall the previous version if you still got the full installer.
stay tuned.
If you need the old installer you can request it from supports.
