How can I sculpt Stylized textures?

This one has been bugging me for the past week, I feel as though there is a huge lack of tutorials on sculpting stylized textures/models and the only ones to find are so basic and simple looking it hurts. I’ve imported images to express what my aim is verses a video that sums what what I only seem to find, we’ll be using wood as an example.

Now I understand most of these textures were most likely made in PS, but, It’s not PS that I want to work in until I get to color adjustments, I would like to know how to sculpt wood like this in zbrush.

Questions: What tools? What techniques? what tutorials can I watch that teach me how to use those tools properly to achieve the results I want?

Also as a side question: Where can I best learn stylized modeling? I looked around but it seems most tutorials for stylized sculpting revolve around characters mostly and not so much around making textures and assets.
