Holes When importing Mesh from Blender

Hi, when Importing a mesh from Blender as an .obj, I am getting what appears to be holes in the mesh. When I move the mesh in ZBrush the holes appear and disappear as I move the mesh. Are these really holes or just the appearance of holes and how can I fix this. Thanks

Also I had a "boolean which I “applied” in Blender before exporting so I am not sure why the entrance wasn’t cut out as it was in Blender… Any Blender users who export from Blender to ZBrush your help would be appreciated. Thanks

Not a blender user but looks like flipped faces.
You can check under tools -> display properties -> “double” or “flip”

Probably flipped normals. In Blender, go into Edit mode and on the left side in the Shading/UVs tab under Normals, click Recalculate.
