Hi,
Is there a brush that will make a neat hole clean through a mesh?
I know you can do it with ShadowBox, but the mesh and the hole is
not very “clean”.

not really, that i know of. if the mesh is a dynamesh, you can insert a negative mesh, like a cylinder, to cut a hole.
Ok, thanks…I haven’t tried Dynamesh yet, but will asap.
You can use one of the slice brushes to create the hole shape then hide that polygroup and “Del Hidden”. Then use “CurveBridge” brush to bridge both sides.
Ok, thanks zber2!
Hello everybody,
I would like to ask something here because it is the same subject, the curve bridge brush.
To make those holes I created masks, isolated polygroups, del hidden button and the curve bridge brush. However, nothing works as I want because at last, there is a dotted gray line. If I remove some clay, I have a separation.
How could I fixe this situation, have I to use close holes button or deal withe the line that remains ?
Thank you in advance !
