Help Shadow render to Photoshop

When I am rendering shadows from the object the object turns out normal and has perfect shadows but the shadow that appears on the floor is render as micro dots or large dots. I just want a smooth shadow on both the object and the floor to work with when I transfer the image over to photoshop. What do I need to do to get this fixed?

I think you’ll need to move your mesh up, in order to display the shadows on the floor properly, the dots appear if the mesh is crossing the floor center.
