I’m planning to purchase ZBrush but I encounter the following problem with the trial version :
- I sculpt an object created by zspheres (up to sub division 6 ~300k polys).
- I go back to lvl 2
- I export as an obj
- I store the morph target (I tried withought storing the morphtarget, it’s the same)
- I go down to the displacment map (same for normal map) and generate straight away the map (tangent for normals… and 1024 size)
- Then, the export process freezes and the countdown doesn’t move anumore until I kill the process.
I managed to generate some displacment maps, but the crashes are occuring more and more often…
zBrush eats about 1Go of memory at this state.
My config is :
- Windows Vista 32bits
- 4Go memory
- CeleronT processor 1.66Ghz
It’s not the best machine to make 3D, but it’s really enought for my use with my other softwares.
