Flipping UV coordinates vertically

Hello!

I have imported an obj with UVs already set up into ZBrush.

Now when I export the same model as a new obj and view it in Blender or any other software, the UVs are flipped vertically.

Where could I tell ZBrush that it shouldn’t flip the UVs vertically?

In one thread I read that this should be done in the “Textures” menu, but since my model doesn’t have any textures yet, this isn’t possible and also doesn’t look like the right place.

The “UV Map” palette has a “Flip V” button, but when I press it, it doesn’t turn orange, and also nothing happens.

Thank you very much!

Did you try “Preferences > ImportExport > Export > eFlipMapVert” ? If it’s enabled, try disabling it.

Yes, I tried that. It didn’t change it.

I know for sure that the Flip V button will invert the UV Map in the UV Map subpalette. The Flip V button does not have an on/off state so it’s not going to change color.

I’ve had success clicking “UV Map”->“Flip V”, but I wonder if that’s correct.
I really thought there was a general setting for that.
Unfortunatelty as I said, using Preferences->Export didn’t work for me.

Anybody with another great idea??
