excuse me .i meet the question from ZRemesher ,zbrush2019 don’t work at Zremesh with freezeborder is turned on,but i choose Legacy (2018) it works.
i find a post from POLYFLUCKINGMASTER, and MARCUS_CIVIS give the solution,but i can’t open up the link of that page, can anyone help me?

thank you for your reply ,but i instal vcredist 2013 and 2017 ,zbrush2019 still don’t work at zremesher when freezeborder is turned on without legacy(2018) is pressed .
All you need to do is turn dynamesh off/on again to close any holes and errrors in the model. Failing that you can also turn on legacy(2018) in Zremesher and then do the dynamesh thing, that should fix the mesh and allow the new Zremesher to function.
I know I’m replying to an old issue but I searched for an answer and this is what I found, so maybe if someone else have this issue they would find this simple solution that actually works.

for anyone else who has this problem I got past this by using 3ds max to weld all of the vertices together and then reimporting the mesh into ZBrush for zremeshing.
