Caravaggio based on the sketch of the draughtsman Ottavio Leonish with my own tweaks and added hand pose .its done in maya and zbrush. skin is mixed of xyz maps and zbrush dismap, skin pores done in mari ,hair is xgen ,rendered in arnold in maya and i did some paint over strokes on the top too.
