can't put files into a folder or they wont open

OK, played with Sculptris for a few years now, loved it… needed (well wanted :wink: ) a new pen/tablet so I got the Wacom/Zbrushcore package.
hope this is the right forum/section as there is one for Sculptris but not Core… ?

anyway, issue is… started modeling, save now and then to the desktop witha new file name so I can save/see my steps as I’m learning the program. thing is I now throw the 6-8 files into a folder… and I can’t open them… take out of the folder adn they are fine… I’m guessing it’s some sorta link to location and all… but if I just double click the actual file, well that should repair/fix that link back… but it doesn’t with Core… :confused:

This sounds as though the name of the folder is causing the problem. Are there any special characters is the name? Try changing the name to see if it makes any difference.

cool, thanks for move… I couldn’t find one for Core… but it was late at night and i was tired.

as to the folder name… no… nothing special I can rename it to just “1” or “A” and still the same issue.

Have found a work around… if i go and open the program and use “file- Open” then navigate to the folder and select any file in there , all the files in that folder now open fine… wierd… :confused:
