Cannot draw a perfect circle mask??? Plz help!

I remember I used to hold SHIFT key then I drew a perfect circle or a square mask.but I cannot do that nowsmall_orange_diamondsmall_orange_diamond plz help what’s the problem? Thank you!

While holding Ctrl, click on the Stroke thumbnail and turn on the Square button.
