Does anyone have an opinion on these? I find it hard to belive that this page has been viewed 370 times and not even one comment? As artists I’m sure we all put a lot of effort into our creations, it would be nice to have some communication. Good or bad I can take it, after all isn’t this forum so we can communicate our opinions?
i think your character looks cool, but maybe you could think about a more dynamic pose.the pose you choosed is a bit lame.you could work on the eyes a little bit to get more expressions maybe make him a more angry look. face is also too symmetrical try to work without symmetrie after you got your base details for the face so you can add more individuality // now you got your comment <img src=“http://www.zbrushcentral.com/upload/atn.gif”>
Al.Tintop: Thank you your comment is very much appreciated. I personally liked his relaxed pose but I will take on board what you have said. AT the moment I’m busy trying to rebuild my website so I will leave any further modelling till later. Meanwhile here is a turnaround video.

as with many sculpts i have the same thing happening to me here: i like the unpainted version a LOT better then the textured one. the color makes him look flat … and i dont kn ow why, amateurish. the metallic version shows there is a lot more to the ogre then the colored one indicates… strange phenomenon.
the eyes need shine… and the skin might need some of that too.
as the previous poster stated the pose is a bit boring. still i like it somehow…
hmm i will have a look at it again sometime soon and maybe i can put my finger on more details that i seem to be missing here. because it is a nice sculpt… it just doesnt “kick” me.
very nice work mate …the anatomy ,pose & form is very nicely done …good luck
Gunnahan: Thanks, I know I need to study more the texturing.
agrmrs: Thanks mate.
