I will appreciate any suggestions on the best way to convert OBJ files to STL. I am interested in controlling the scale of the model as well. Thanks in advance.
Load it into ZBrush 3.5 or 3.2 and then use the 3D Print Exporter to export as STL with the desired scale.

Aurick - I am sorry, I forgot to explain that the 3D Printer Exporter is not working on my system. I started a thread about it. That is why I was asking for any other alternatives out of ZBrush.

I just downloaded the latest version of the 3D Printer Explorer and it works perfectly fine. I am a happy camper now. Thanks Pixologic!:D
