is there any plugin or script for zbrush, that will batch rename all my subtools at once? like subtool 1-72?

None that I’m aware of.
There no way to batch rename the whole lot but SubTool Master does have a ‘Correct Duplicate Names’ option (under the Do Visible button on the pop up UI). This will get rid of any duplicate names, adding ‘copy01’, ‘copy02’ as appropriate.
