A New Grand Inquisitor

Was playing around and came up with this design. He is Torquemada II, Grand Inquisitor, Hammer of the Heretics. As he is a future inquisitor (around 2250 AD) he has been genetically modified. Well that’s my excuse for having a giant point on his head…

I’m having fun with him, so let’s see where we go…

Comment, good or ill, are always welcome…

Hi friend Dickie i enjoy each time you come with a great surprise like this…!!!
and then i will wait for your outstanding texturing workflow!! haha:+1:
Good one!
Andreseloy

Is he french, like the Conehead family ?

hi friend, how are you?
nice head as always !
it is a long time I haven’t heard from you
see ya soon my friend  :+1:

Dickie…another wonderful character. You amaze me!

Word.

Yet another great character Dickie, where in gods name do you come up with them from? Great style and full of charcter as always, I’ll certainly be watching his progress.

Wayne…

Alrighty then, here is a lil more progress. I still gotta add more details and paint him, but I think I’m gonna build a cassok and robe for him first, for a change of pace.

Mario: Thank you… His texture is coming soon…

Rimasson: It’s funn, I never noticed the similarity to Dan Akroyd before…
I just like big craniums for some reson. I’m probably going to chang the top of his head to a mitre when I do his costume. But for now, he remains a conehead…

Drums! I’m fine, Thanks Bro! Just been real busy lately. I have a few days off before the next episode of Galactica starts for us, so I’m playing with a new character. It’s a nice change of pace from blowing up spaceships…

Worsworth: Thank you! I hope he comes out cool in the end…We’ll see…

Darthwayne: Thanks for the props, my friend. I’ll try not to dissapoint…

Dickie

WOW! I had no idea Dickie that you worked with Galactica! One of my favorite Sci-Fi Friday nights Show!! Huge Fan!! Not to give away too much age info, but I watched the every original show also… Like this one much better… come along way in the technology…

As far as this model goes, it really has character; personality already! Can’t wait to see the finish!

wenna

haha he makes me want to go to confession.

actually he reminds of my evil old chem teacher…all that’s missing is one of those triangular rulers with generations of blood stains in his hands…can’t believe anyone got out alive!

keep going!!

Well, I added some details, did preliminary paintwork on him and stuck him in some chaos marine armor I had lying around. I’ll be playing with this a while, so more is sure to come…

Looking great. Love the shading.
Reckon the armour is a bit too shiny, looks more plastic than dull metal. Your modelling is great as is the characters texturing. Also love the lighting and expression.
Nice job.

Looking forward to your updates.

Supernice, looks really badass. Liked him blue eyed better though. looks tougher that way

as always, it has that “dickie” touch…too cool, i noticed you changed those baby blues into a determined hazel stare  stars stars

yeeeeah !

Nice work Dickie.
Superb shaders and plenty of details.Very funny looking character.
Keep it up:+1:

Great character!

Hehe, and i know wheere you got the idea for the shoulderpads and breastplate
I love WH40k!

The head looks a bit like a caricature.

hey i liked the last render. Is that Zbrush only? Top!:+1:

Thanks for sharing this
E.

Just another update. Added my better Warhammer Chaos Marine armor. Played around with some more PS settings and lighting in Z-Brush. He’s starting to look like how I want him to. I need to add more wrinkle detail…do that later…Then the robes and mitre.

Looking great, but the armour looks low res compared to the head and it draws my eye away from the focus of the picture.

Of course, I’m really tired right now.

That’s looking really special, Dickie :+1:small_orange_diamond:+1:
I always know your work immediately from that distinctive style of yours, and the resulting images never fail to please also

What happened to the cassock and robe? I was kind of looking forward to that…

Great anyways!
