3d.sk is membership worth it?

Subject sensitive.
Awhile ago, bought a great ( non cheap)digital camera for the primary purpose
of taking photos of people for texture.
At home a lot now, and subjects are hard to find.
In any case, have seen the 3d.sk site mentioned a few times, looks
interesting. About $30 for a month and $75 for 3 months if I read it right.
Had one thought, to join for the thirty days and spend days downloading
the whole site.
Any thoughts or opinions are welcome.
Thank you.

its well worth the money as its constantly updated, dont think i could do my job without it as its a so difficult to get good reference where the lighting is useful for both modeling and texturing
you do get a download cap per day though so you cant download the whole site in one sitting
the best reference is the premium stuff so youll need to pay extra to get the best of it

What frustrates me about 3d.sk is the way they spin the model around on a turntable. This makes the lighting very inconsistent from one direction to the next.

I’d rather they move the camera around the subject so then the lighting is constant. This would make it great for 3D artists that want to project the photos onto a 3D model.

 Learns the drawing foundation, the make model is very convenient

I like 3dsk :+1:

most definitely worth it!

Many thanks to all for your valuable input!!!

Will take at least the months membership.:+1:

Follow up question if I might.
What I am looking for seems to be contained in the premium membership.
Site is rather vague on details. (Have email answer pending)
Can anyone tell me what the cost of an individual premium membership
and, most importantly, can I subscribe to it by the month?
Thank you.
