I thought I would post some pics of the handgun prop I recently completed. It was originally modeled in Zbrush with a little help from 3DS Max.
It was printed on a 3D Systems Uprint SE, FDM printer.
A bit more detail as to my process (as well as a couple of other projects) can be seen at my blog (www.hotglueandepoxy.com). I’m pretty new to 3D printing and I am having a great time. It’s nuts seeing something that was previously on your screen in 2D, actually in your hands.
