Was in the same directory with the 32bit version with my windows installation
guys, I´ve downloaded the installer, but it installs as an x32 version automatically. Needless to say I´m on a 64bit.
ZBrush is a 32 bit application. It also installs a 64bit preview version. Read the first FAQ on the first post of this thread

Mercury -
I tried to run 4r5 and it came up as deactivated. 4r6 worked,
but I also noticed there is a new file dated today called ZDeactivation.zsc
I’ll just put a ticket in for it later.
On the plus side - Just downloaded 4r7 off to install…
Still trying to activate. A couple of questions?..
Do they still allow ZB installed on desktop and laptop? I got an message saying I was activated on too many computers.
Where are the Ryan Kingslien demos?
Thanks!
Do they still allow ZB installed on desktop and laptop?
Yes
How do you switch between 32 and 64 bit? In my excitement I launched in 32 bit.
Q: How do I get the 64-bit version?
A: It is automatically included with your ZBrush 4R7 installation as a separate application within the same folder. (Note for Windows users: It will NOT be in the “Program Files” directory typically associated with 64-bit applications.) Activating or deactivating the 32-bit version will also affect the 64-bit version. You may run either version at your discretion.
The sites up everyone!
Try not to kill it!!!
Also…
This is stunning!
I bought the Keyshot for Zbrush for $200 this morning…is this the full package with the bridge? It is confusing as it was initially advertised fro $249.
I want to straighten this out if I got it wrong. Thanks for any advice on this.
Can everyone get off the server. I am trying to activate!
For those of you who get stuck in Dynamic Brush mode, hold down SHIFT to switch it.
GRIN!!
No, if you bought Keyshot for Zbrush, it doesn’t come with the bridge, in fact, $249 is the price when you bought the bridge AND Keyshot for Zbrush (I think the price changes when you have both in your cart).
I did the same this morning, so I just have Keyshot for Zbrush.
Some post before had orange edit from moderator this was the message :
Moderator’s Note: The price for the bundle is $249. If you only paid $200 then you did not purchase the Bridge and so did not receive the discounted price. Please submit a Support ticket for assistance. I’m not sure how this will need to be resolved for you and the offices aren’t open yet this morning.
Can we just get a direct link to the Keyshot Bridge/Keyshot bundle for $249 so there’s no confusion??
Though 249 is the price only for the bridge Keyshot is more expensive…
Looks like everything is still down.

your site is busted…
Got it installed but not activated - and haven’t even started with Keyshot for Zbrush installation yet…
so close yet so far.
This is killing me. I finally managed to get an activation code after a loooooooooooooong time of not getting through and then Zbrush tells me it can’t complete due to a faulty installation. It couldn’t notice that at startup before asking me to activate?
I suppose it’s due to Kaspersky. Now reinstalled with Antivirus off and of course the activation server is down again.
back to square one in the loop. sigh .
I love Pixologic to bits and I won’t really complain, but oh boy this activation process sure is a pain the bottom each time
Nevermind…
Not only is your site busted, but it’s busting my balls over here waiting for it to not be busted…
Wow. Downloaded but 4R7 won’t even open up on my Mac… back to 4R6
