Hi, I was wondering if the seajunk download was supposed to lead a page asking for credit card details…love the seajunk but not willing to put the creditcard info in sites unecessarily…too risky these days.

Waiting for 4R7. All those wonderful IMM brushes will be outdated. Because, you know what’s coming… IMM brushes with polypaint and/or UVs !!!

Thanks to all for your great work.

Hello everyone,

Not sure if this the right place to post this, but I’m making an IMM for drawing hair and am looking for a way to draw multiple curves at the same time without having to click on the base mesh to drop the curve (the same way as CurveMultiTube does) and can’t find where the setting is. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
Fabricio

Hey Fabricio!
I am not sure, but it seems that the “multi” part of the curve brush is “embedded” within the brush itself, for I couldn’t find that option either, but I can offer you a solution:

  • Use the InsertMulti Tube to create multiple strands, then,
  • got to the palette “Brush”, under “Modifiers”
<modifiers> click on the “Mesh Insert Preview” icon<tilt brush=""> <mesh insert="" preview="">, now pick the mesh you want and click on one of the Multi Curves on the mesh to replace the inserted mesh.

Or just change the mesh first and then apply the multi curve brush.

That should do it, hope it helps.
Cheers.</mesh></tilt></modifiers></brush>

Way back in 2012 Mahlikus the Black in post 44 to this thread shared a brush with low poly primitives for transpose modeling as follows:

Low Poly Primatives for Transpose Modelling.jpg

I downloaded the file and tried to use it without success. All I could gain access to was the cylindrical item. When I pressed the “M” on my keyboard the only thing I got was the same menu you get when you press the “B” key. Is there something that has changed in the format or implementation of these brushes in the several years since his original post or is there some modifier in the Brush or Stroke menu I need to tweak to get it to work properly?

Just type in “0” - you don’t have to contribute. Gumroad won’t let me take the “+” off for some reason because I’ve tried several times.

If you type in 0 (zero) you can download it for free.

Cheers,

The downloads on this post won’t download . Please repost.

Sorry, the “Download” button on my query above is only a part of a screen grab of the original post I was asking about. It’s not connected to anything.
The original post in this thread is #44 on page 3. The “Download” button is actually there.

Ok . I clicked on the link for the actual download and nothing pops up . :-1:

Not sure why. I just clicked on the link and I get the download page. I’m on Firefox or Waterfox (64 bit version of Firefox).

Just installed Firefox .The page is working now.

YAY. Glad to know it’s all good! Love Firefox. Check out Waterfox if you like a 64 bit browser experience.

Can use all the goodies made for Firefox.

I mentioned this brush a couple of times and fellow artists have asked about it. IMM hair brush by Jonathan Nascone for inserting hair planes. This is not my brush. It was offered freely on his site, but that site seems to have moved now. Anyway, I’m uploading it here for people. Myself, I am going to check out the other couple of hair plane brushes I saw in the thread that I missed before

A nice video on how to use the brush:

I’ve been doing some experimenting with NanoMesh and decided to attempt an Armour IMM + Nano brush. There are 12 variants: 6 chain and 6 scale-based.

Any problems, suggestions for improvement, etc. just let me know.

The file contains 2 x brushes and the original .Ztl Armour IMM + Nano Brush
