Download file. Open the Applications folder - Open the ZBrush 4R5 folder - Open Zbrushes folder - move the downloaded file into misc folder or make your own. Open Zbrush and start working!

Wow, how did I miss this thread? Such great stuff in here. I saw there already was a toothbrush but I figured I’d share my own as well.
