tpendl20: your right it looks large in clay renders but when its rendered with stone shader they are not gonna be that prominent. i always tent to exaggerate details a little bit as in final renders it gets washed away a bit.
Giantsun: matcap is so much fun…one you get hang of it you can really get some nice looking renders directly from zbrush.

intervain: you probably are right about this not 100% being repose but as i said on cgsociety forums, my idea for this being in repose was as its representing a Sculpture statue, hence making it a still life subject. thanks anyways :smiley:

Thats a beautiful horse sculpt harshdezine but don’t neglect the base your making. I hope it gets some more attention, the stretching brick texture could be mapped a bit better, give it the love you gave the horse :). Can’t wait to see the updates.

locky10: it took me about 2 weeks of late night after work till 4 in the morning, zillion cups of coffee and patience of my boiling girlfriend to finish till here :smiley:

btw i sculpted the horse in its pose so no mirroring. cause in that particular pose the muscles and skin would deform in asymmetrical way offcourse. it was more work but definately bringing me more closer to traditional clay sculpting feeling that i really enjoy. thanks Pixologic!
