The likeness is almost perfect!
Not as good as the Morgan Freeman head sculpt, but still nice. Eye shape is off, the bottom lid looks too droopey. Her face needs to be a little more full, yours is a little too defined (checks bones,chin jawline) in realy life her face is softer and a little more round. Darken the eyesbrows too, they look a little brown.

I used curve and plan for hair.

Zbrush sculpting

Make a topology simply for making curve. (Import plane to max and create curve)

Attach curve in order by max ( have to arrage starting point of curve.). And add ‘hair and fur’ to curve for main hair and to another plane for thin hair in max. (color yellow).

Have to check “mr pirm” for hair shadow. And control some detail in hair and fur option.
